Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, she oversees all aspects of operations across the company’s commercial portfolio. Throughout his career, Rich has developed extensive expertise in project management, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, field operations, and estimating. Working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams, he helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. Rich takes great pride in transforming clients’ visions into successful projects through strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional execution and customer satisfaction.

Antonio Zachery

Senior Superintendent

Antonio Zachery serves as Senior Superintendent at Prestige Construction Group, bringing strong leadership, field expertise, and a commitment to quality to every project. He oversees day-to-day field operations, coordinates subcontractors and trades, monitors project schedules, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. With a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail, Antonio works closely with project managers, clients, and field teams to maintain clear communication, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving forward. His dedication to safety, accountability, quality workmanship, and successful project delivery makes him a valued member of the Prestige Construction Group leadership team.

Patrick Degrauwe

Commercial Construction Estimator 

Patrick Degrauwe serves as a Commercial Construction Estimator at Prestige Construction Group, Inc., where he supports the planning, coordination, and successful execution of commercial construction projects. In his role, Patrick works closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to develop accurate project estimates and help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company quality and safety standards.

Sam LaChapelle

Superintendent
