UVA Carter- Harrison Research Building

The Prestige Construction Group participated in the construction of the Medical Research facility at the University of Virginia through its strategic partnership with Barton Malow Construction.

The project, delivered using the Construction Manager at Risk method, is situated on a very restricted site that required extraordinary coordination of all subcontractors and flawless execution, due to its research facility status. Prestige was responsible for Quality Assurance. The Medical Research Building is among one of the most complicated buildings constructed at the University. The Carter-Harrison project included BL2 and Vivarium BL3 suites along with associated administrative, classroom, and engineering spaces.
